This 80,000 SFT renovation of existing “white box” space provided accommodation for Enterprise Holdings’ state of the art call center and MDF Room. LANDCO constructed a 4” raised access floor throughout, to house the under-floor power and low voltage wiring that support the low height workstations and Haworth “Lifespace” full-height demountable walls, chosen for future flexibility.
This space was designed to meet the USGBC LEED standards for commercial interiors, and was awarded a “Certified” rating. Factors allowing for this designation: incorporation of a construction waste management plan, utilization of indoor air quality standards, specification of regionally manufactured finishes, and installation of energy-efficient indirect lighting with motion sensors, which will also reduce energy costs.
